Shipping:

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment.
  • Shipping Options: We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs and budget. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your selected option and delivery location.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

International Shipping: We currently ship internationally. Please note that international shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. You may also be responsible for any customs fees or import duties levied by your country.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Return Window: We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Nahshon97@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Return Shipping Costs: We offer free return shipping within the Caribbean for orders exceeding $30. For international returns or orders below the minimum amount, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability, please indicate this in your return request email. We will send you a replacement item once we receive and inspect your original return.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
